Sustainable Catering

In the words of Sir David Attenborough, The natural world is changing, it provides our food, water and air and we need to defend it. 
By keeping a few key rules to our business we are safe in the knowledge that we are at least trying to do our best.
We think carefully about plastic usage and food waste in our business, which in the catering industry is hard, we do not use any single plastic products and we minimise any waste simply meaning we always cook for what's needed as opposed to quantity over our quality and anything that is recyclable we do exactly that.
We use only local suppliers to support local economies and also get the best local foods instead of using national companies, our closest supplier is only 3 miles from our doorstep. 
We also aim to keep to events within Norfolk and Suffolk so on the day our own travel is very limited. We do at times have to step out of this region to Silverstone but our core rules always stand.
Whether it be for grazing or pizza we use no single use plastic products, our grazing platters are served on natural dried palm platters which are fully biodegradable and compostable (they look really cool too) we also use sustainable birchwood compostable knives and forks for all our guests and also fully disposable and compostable plates.
Bit by bit, little by little we are helping to be a fully sustainable caterer.
